About Oli Drummond
Strength training shouldn’t feel intimidating, confusing, or reserved for athletes. My coaching is built specifically for busy professionals who want to feel stronger, move better, and stay capable as they move through mid-life and beyond.
With over 5,000 personal training sessions delivered and 7 years of coaching experience, I specialise in helping people start strength training safely - especially those dealing with aches, injuries, or long periods away from structured exercise. Every programme is designed around the individual, not a generic plan.
